DAY 1 – Backwater Immersion
Land at Kochi airport and drive to Kumbalangi via scenic village roads with our partner taxi. Arrival and settle in, sipping welcome tea with traditional snacks.
Afternoon Lunch
Evening guided boat ride through the canals, visiting fishing villages and coir-making units. Participate in a sunset storytelling session about local life and traditions.
Dinner
Overnight stay at your chosen homestay.
DAY 2 – Immersing in the Village Life
Breakfast
Morning visit to local farms for hands-on activities (fish farming, crab catching, or coconut husking). Later, learn traditional recipes from a local family and cook a Kerala-style meal.
Afternoon Lunch
Post-lunch, explore village craft shops, interact with artisans, and take a guided walk through mangroves. Evening bonfire and cultural storytelling.
Dinner
Itinerary ends with taxi-drop at Kochi airport.
