DAY 1 – Arrival & The Taste of Kodava Cuisine
On arrival in Coorg, you will be transferred to our homestay set amidst coffee and spice plantations. After a traditional Kodava lunch that includes signature dishes like Pandi Curry and Kadumbuttu, you will start on the culinary trails.
Afternoon Lunch
In the afternoon, enjoy a hands-on demonstration of a local dish where your host will guide you through its preparation. After the session, take a plantation walk to learn how coffee, cardamom, and pepper are grown.
Dinner
Your evening will be at leisure. Relax and enjoy a hot cup of Coorg coffee at the homestay.

DAY 2 – Waterfalls, Elephants & Spice
Breakfast
Start the day with a breakfast of Akki Otti (rice flatbread) served with a local curry, then head out for sightseeing. First stop: Abbey Falls, a scenic waterfall set amidst coffee plantations.
Afternoon Lunch
Visit the Dubare Elephant Camp where you can see, interact with, and learn about elephants. Lunch will be served at a popular local restaurant, giving you another taste of authentic Kodava cuisine.
Dinner
Return to the homestay in the evening to unwind. You may sit around a bonfire and share travel stories with fellow guests.

DAY 3 – Coffee, Culture & Farewell
Breakfast
Begin the day with a visit to a coffee processing unit. Estate residents will demonstrate the journey of the coffee bean from the plant to the cup, finishing with a guided tasting of Coorg’s Arabica and Robusta varieties.
Afternoon Lunch
After a final traditional meal, you’ll have time to explore a local market where you can shop for spices, honey, or coffee to take home as souvenirs.
Dinner
The trip concludes with checkout assistance and transport back home, marking the end of your cultural and culinary escape.
